Founded in 2006, WellcomeMat is a cloud-based video content management system (vCMS) making video the center of real estate consumer experiences for agents, brokers and brands. As Co-Founder and Head of Product and Marketing, I built and lead a team of designers, developers and producers while overseeing the execution of our strategic consumer and enterprise video products. A few responsibilities include design/UX for our patented interactive video technologies and product direction of our enterprise video content management (CMS) and hosting platforms.
